FOUNDER & CEO
Business Aviation Veteran Dan Dunn has over 20 years of experience in business aviation specializing in aircraft transactions including sales, acquisitions and leasing. He also has a strong discipline in transaction structure, finance, and management. Dan has been responsible for over $2 billion in aircraft sales, acquisitions, trades, and leases during his career.
Prior to Founding Adyson Aviation Group, Dan served as the Executive Vice President for Mente group and was responsible for the global transactions group. Dan is based in the Greater New York Metro Area, and spends quite a bit of time in Europe with the Europe and EMEA teams. He is a member of NBAA, and sat in the first IADA Certified Broker's class. He contributes to aircraft and avionics manufacturers panels and evaluation boards.
Dan is a United States Air Force combat veteran, focusing on technical course work and theories, with certificates in aviation safety and maintenance. He holds an A&P and pilot's license and is factory trained on eight corporate aircraft including Bombardier, Boeing, Falcon and Gulfstream types with extensive avionics, engine and training experience. His undergraduate work is in Business Management .
Elmar Monreal brings more than 20 years of experience in Business Aviation to our clients.
Day to day responsibility includes key account management and development, aircraft sales and management while overseeing business aviation operations and a large cargo charter business.
Elmar additionally serves as the Managing Director of the ProAir group of companies in Germany and is based in Stuttgart / Germany (EDDS).
Elmar studied logistics and performed sales management duties before establishing ProAir-Charter-Transport in 1996 together with Thomas Godau and Kim Witschas.
The ProAir group of companies has grown into one of Europe’s largest biggest charter brokers replete with an AOC company, operating 20+ business jets than includes a JAR 145 maintenance facility in Leipzig / Germany (EDDP).
Elmar holds an EASA PPL license with over 1000 hours flown and is currently rated on SEP aircraft as well as the TBM 700-930 series.teresting about your business here.
Germany and Western Europe
Miguel joins Adyson Aviation Group with 26 years in aviation starting with flight operations, marketing and sales of business and commercial aircraft since 1994.
Previously he was the Director Marketing & Sales with Cirrus Germany for 10 years.
Prior to ProAir, Miguel spent over 10 years as Managing Director of his own company in executive consultancy and aircraft brokerage.
Additionally, Miguel serves as the Vice President, Aircraft Management & Sales with ProAir group of companies in Germany and is based in Stuttgart / Germany (EDDS). He is the point of contact for aircraft owners and buyers regarding all issues of aircraft management and sales.

George is a seasoned aviation expert with over 20 years of flying commercial and private jets.
Prior to his foray into aviation, George was a well-known TV broadcaster in Hungary. He later served as the Eastern European Marketing Manager for EasyJet Airline.
George started off in the aviation sector as a consultant for the Aviation Authority of Hungary and by that time he was flying as a hobby pilot. Later he joined central Europe's largest charter airline flying all Boeing 737 types.
After flying over 4000 hours for the airlines, George devoted his full attention to the private aviation sector by first flying the Dassault Falcon 2000 and 2 years later the Bombardier Challenger 300 and 350. George’s 10+ years experience on the Challenger 300 variant makes him one of Europe’s most seasoned pilots in type.
George currently also serves as the Director of Aviation on a Bombardier Global 5000.
Russia and CIS
Alexey joins Adyson Aviation Group, next to his role as Deputy CEO at Vipport Vnukovo-3, Russia’s largest FBO and handling company.
Being an integral part of the top management of Russia’s leading service provider in business aviation for more than 15 years and relying on closely 25 years of professional experience in airport and technical management, Alexey possesses the relationships and skills to advise clients as the premier expert in the region. He is also an IS-BAH certified auditor.
Alexey holds an MBA from the State University of Management Moscow.
Russia and CIS
Sergey is a young professional who has started his career in aviation in an HNWI family office managing the aviation needs private owner of a business jet. He managed two Bombardier aircraft and successfully represented ownership interest in selling them. His reputation managing this account earned him accolades and respect in the service provider industry for corporate aviation.
Before entering his previous position, he was an advanced staff at Ernst & Young Russia in the transaction tax department, performing tax due diligence and consulting for industry leaders during M&A deals.
Sergey graduated from Moscow City Government University of Management with a degree in tax consulting.
Turkey and Middle East
Davut achieved a bachelor degree of Aviation Management in Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2005. He began his career at ISG, which runs Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Turkey.
His roles included ground services and charter brokerage. He quickly gained his experience starting from a supervisor, station manager, operation manager and manager of an aviation department, respectively.
He closely worked on the new AIP together with TCAA and made valuable contributions to the new Information Management System (automation) that is used by TCAA.
Afterwards, he managed all processes of establishment of Proair Charter GmbH and Proair Aviation GmbH in Turkey which has grown into one of the biggest charter brokerage companies in Europe besides and includes aircraft management with its own AOC and maintenance facility.
Davut is currently pursuing an MA degree in Aviation Management with a double major MBA degree in marketing at Istanbul University
Turkey and Middle East
Elif Arda, is experienced aviation professional with over 11 years of experience in the fields of commercial business jet, aircraft chartering (cargo, commercial passenger and executive), flight support and operation. This includes strategic marketing and planning capabilities with a strong emphasis on business development and key account management.
She has a proven capability to deliver results that exceed expectations through strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the drive to succeed.
Elif has a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Anadolu University in 2008. Upon graduation, Elif became a flight operations supervisor at Airmark Aviation in Turkey.
Following this role, Elif joined MNG Cargo Airlines for 2 years, then continued on by joining the Istanbul office of Chapman Freeborn Air Chartering and acquired 9 years of experience in developing, utilizing and expanding a network of aircraft charterers and operators.
She is now responsible for the daily operations, and of sales & marketing for the Istanbul office.
